Silence of the Lambs' Dr. Hannibal Lecter

How I did it:
Pure Lego brand building blocks and paint. And Sculpey. Because of the way this figure is constructed, the Sculpey could not be baked to harden it. It was coated in clear nail polish and then painted. I don't suggest this technique, as the painted parts are still a bit sticky.
